Regular technical checks covering uptime, broken links, SSL validity, and other routine health indicators.
Minor text, image, and content updates
Small edits to existing pages — updated copy, swapped images, revised contact details, and similar minor changes.
Monthly edit allowance
Up to 15 minutes of minor edit work per month, subject to approval. Multiple small requests can be batched within the allowance.
Basic analytics and SEO monitoring
Monitoring of basic traffic and search performance indicators. Flags for anything that warrants attention.
Monthly website health summary
An automated monthly summary of your website's health, performance, and any actions taken during the month.
Website Pro support
Access to your Website Pro for covered requests. Responses within one business day for active subscribers.
About the monthly edit allowance.
The $25/month subscription includes up to 15 minutes of minor edit work per month. This covers small, routine changes to existing content — not new pages, new sections, or structural changes. Requests that exceed the monthly allowance, or that require more substantial work, are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.

What Website Care does not cover.
Website Care is a maintenance subscription. It is not a hosting plan, a rebuild package, or a migration service.
Website hosting
Hosting is charged separately by your hosting provider. Website Care does not include or subsidise hosting costs.
Domain registration and renewals
Domain fees are separate. Website Care does not cover domain registration, renewal, or transfer costs.
Website rebuild projects
Redesigning or rebuilding your website is a separate project, scoped and priced independently.
Hosting migration
Moving your website to a new hosting provider is a separate service, assessed and quoted individually.
Third-party service fees
Booking tools, payment processing, premium plugins, and other third-party services are charged by those providers separately.
Work exceeding the monthly allowance
Requests that go beyond the 15-minute monthly edit allowance are scoped and quoted before work begins.
What happens if you cancel.
Website Care is optional and can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel or choose not to subscribe, your website continues to exist and function as normal — you simply lose access to the covered maintenance, monitoring, and Website Pro support that the subscription provides. Routine checks, monthly summaries, and edit requests are not available outside an active subscription.
Your website is yours. It continues to exist and function on your hosting plan regardless of your Website Care subscription status.

Do I need Website Care to keep my website running?
No. Your website runs on your hosting plan, which is separate. Website Care is an optional subscription for maintenance support and minor updates. Your website stays live whether or not you subscribe.
What counts as a minor edit?
Minor edits are small changes to existing content — updating text, swapping an image, correcting details. They do not include new pages, new sections, layout changes, or anything that requires more than 15 minutes of work. If a request is larger, your Website Pro will let you know and provide a separate quote.
Can I roll unused edit time over to the next month?
No. The monthly edit allowance does not roll over. It resets each billing month.
Is Website Care available without a KindlyWeb-built website?
Website Care is designed for websites built or managed through KindlyWeb. If you have a website built elsewhere, speak to your Website Pro about whether care can be applied to your setup.
What if I need more than the monthly allowance?
Requests that exceed the 15-minute allowance are scoped and quoted separately. Your Website Pro will confirm the scope and cost before any additional work begins.
