Email hosting, mailbox migration, specialised applications, complex databases, custom server configurations, and unsupported platforms are assessed separately and quoted where appropriate.
We plan every migration to minimise disruption and validate the website before completing the cutover. We cannot guarantee zero downtime in every situation — this depends on the platforms involved and DNS propagation timelines.

Will my website look or work differently after the migration?
No. A hosting migration moves your website as-is. The design, content, and functionality remain unchanged. If you want improvements made at the same time, that is a separate rebuild project.
Will there be any downtime?
We plan every migration to minimise disruption and validate the website before completing the cutover. We cannot guarantee zero downtime in every situation — this depends on the platforms involved and DNS propagation timelines, which are outside our control.
Can you migrate my business email as well?
Email and mailbox migration is assessed separately. It is not included in the standard hosting migration scope. If you need email migrated, let us know when you submit your project brief and we will include it in the assessment.
What if I don't know who my current hosting provider is?
That is fine. Share your website URL and we can usually identify your current hosting environment during the assessment. Access credentials will be needed before migration work begins.
What platforms and hosts do you support?
We work with a wide range of platforms and hosting providers. Compatibility is confirmed during the assessment. Unsupported platforms or highly customised server configurations may require a separate quote.
