Rebuild a Website

Your website, rebuilt
the right way.

You already have a website. But it's not working hard enough for your business. We review what you have, agree a scope, and rebuild it — better design, better structure, better results.

A rebuild is not a new website. It's a better version of yours.

Rebuilding an existing website is a different challenge from building from scratch. Your domain, your audience, and your content history all matter. We start with a proper assessment before we touch anything.

Is this you?

Signs your website needs a rebuild.

Your design looks outdated and doesn't reflect your business today
It doesn't work well on mobile — and most of your visitors are on their phones
Navigation is confusing and visitors can't find what they're looking for
Your services aren't presented clearly or compellingly
The content is stale, inaccurate, or simply not doing its job
Technical SEO foundations are weak — you're not being found
You can't update it yourself without breaking something
It no longer represents the professional standard you hold yourself to

What's included

Scope is agreed after we assess your site.

No two rebuilds are the same. The scope of your project is defined after your Website Pro reviews your existing site — not before. Depending on what's agreed, a rebuild may include any combination of the following.

Assessment and recommendations

Review of your existing website covering design, content, structure, functionality, and technical condition. A clear set of recommendations before any work begins.

Visual redesign

Updated design that reflects your business today — modern, professional, and consistent across every page.

Restructuring and navigation

Improved page structure and navigation so visitors can find what they need and understand what you offer.

Content rewriting or migration

Existing content rewritten, updated, or migrated as agreed. New copy developed where needed.

Mobile responsiveness

Full mobile-responsive implementation — tested across devices and screen sizes.

SEO migration

URL structure, metadata, and redirects handled with care to protect your existing search presence during the transition.

Integration reimplementation

Agreed third-party integrations — booking, payments, forms, and others — reimplemented and tested in the rebuilt site.

Testing, approval, and deployment

Quality assurance across devices and browsers. Customer review and approval before the rebuilt site goes live.

Logo redesign or updates are available when separately agreed. Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, complex custom functionality, and extensive content work may incur separate fees.

Pricing

Rebuilds are quoted individually.

Existing websites vary considerably in complexity, page count, content, integrations, and technical condition. We don't apply a fixed price before we understand what we're working with. Your Website Pro will review your site and provide a fixed quote or clearly scoped proposal before any work begins.

Common questions

Things worth knowing before you start.

Will my domain and existing URLs be affected?

We handle SEO migration considerations as part of the rebuild — including URL structure, metadata, and redirects where applicable — to protect your existing search presence. Your Website Pro will cover this in the assessment.

Can I keep my existing content?

Yes. We can migrate, rewrite, or update your existing content as agreed in the project scope. If your content is largely sound, migration may be straightforward. If it needs work, rewriting can be included.

Does a rebuild include a new logo?

Not automatically. Logo redesign or updates are available when separately agreed and scoped. If your logo is fine as-is, there's no need to change it.

What if my site has booking or payment tools?

Agreed integrations are reimplemented and tested as part of the rebuild. Third-party tool fees are separate from the KindlyWeb project fee.

How is the rebuild price determined?

After reviewing your existing site, your Website Pro prepares a fixed quote based on the agreed scope. Complexity, page count, content volume, and integrations all affect the price. You'll know the full cost before any work begins.
